Friendly and welcoming staff, easy to communicate with. Convenient-store right across the street, many good restaurants and two subway stations close by.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been way better. The wending machines were out of order, a first time experience in japan.

Location is really key! Near to 3 different subway stations which helps a lot to go around!

Breakfast is really basic. There’s nothing to put on the bread (no butter, no jam, olive etc), frozen fruits are ok, but no iogurt. Only one type of juice. Breads were good, coffee machine also fine and the other typical breakfast things (broccoli and potato salad) were decent, but don’t expect nothing similar to European/continental breakfast. It ends at 9:30, but at 8:50 they are not restocking things, so if it’s over, that’s it.

A no-frills business hotel in Tokyo.

The location was very convenient. There were a lot of interesting shops and restaurants around. A 7-11 is right across the hotel.

The breakfast options leave a lot to be desired. Although, it suffices for a quick fill me up before heading out.

Great location. The location is near the metro-station, convenient to travel. There is a convenience store nearby and there is an ATM in it, making it convenient to withdraw cash. The staff are very cute and friendly. Provide full assistance.

The only thing I don't like is the small size of the room. But it wasn't too difficult to stay.

Had a smooth stay. They had everything I needed.

Location was convenient and staff were friendly. I really like that it is self service with all the amenities. Save the trouble to ask for it with the concierge.

Brilliant location, great stuff and awesome facilities

VIew of the runway was great and I was located on the tenth floor. I also liked how you had to use your card to access the elevator and elevator foyer. Lots of facilities to use, which was a nice added bonus.

Price for the spa was a little on the expensive side I thought.

Located close to 3 train stations. The streets were clean and great food nearby. Right next to a 7/11.

There was a long, black hair in our mattress and my husband and I both have short, brown hair so that was a bit unpleasant to find.

The rooms were a bit small, especially for the price. We had trouble finding a place for our suitcases (international travel size) and moving around with them.

A conveniently located hotel from Jimbocho station with clean modern room and professional staff.

Hotel - modern and clean. Some pictures on the internet do not do it justice. Room - modern and clean. Bed - comfortable Toilet - clean, good size in proportion to the whole room. Lighting - good, not too bright or dim Facilities - air purifier, charging cables (didn't use), internet (speed and connection were stable during my stay) Staff - welcoming, helpful, professional Location - short distance from station, surrounding by restaurants and convenience stores. Walking distance from Tokyo Dome (I went to watch a concert there) Jimbocho is known for its bookstore/ bookstore cafes. On the Shinjuku subway line (green) so easy to get to Shinjuku and back.

Room/bed - although typical of many rooms in Tokyo, it is fine for 2 people. Maybe a bit of a squeeze if you have lots of/large luggage. Ideally it is suited to 1 person in my opinion. Due to room size, one side of the bed was up against the wall. Smell - I think there is a bar/restaurant downstairs and the smell of cooking from the kitchen can make its way into the room. I was on the 4th floor I think. However, after turning on the air purifier, this was not an issue. Toilet/bathroom - no fan ventilation if I remember correctly
